Terms and Conditions for the company referral program

• These terms are sub-clauses to the terms of service provided at our primary terms of service.
• The payout of the reward is chosen by CrewCharge ("us" / "we" / "our").
• To earn the $10 gift card, your company must purchase the software for more than ten team members.
• For the $10 gift card, your company's invoice must include more than ten team members.
• The referral must be done before 10-April-2022 for the $10 gift card.
• In the event of multiple referrals to your company, we pay the $10 gift card only once.
• In the event of multiple employee referrals made to the same company, we pay the $10 gift card on a first-come-first-serve basis.
• We may prohibit anyone from participating in the Program or receiving and if they determine such User is attempting to undermine the fairness, integrity, or legitimate operation of the Program in any way by cheating, hacking, deception, or any other unfair playing practices.
• Rewards are delivered in 3 business days after the first paid invoice, pending review approval. Some international recipients may receive a Virtual Visa card or Mastercard instead of the gift card offered.
• We reserve the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Offer or any part thereof including the eligibility criteria, the T&C, and rewards.
